Texas to challenge of health care bill

 After the universal health care bill was passed, Texas officials like Greg Abbott were not happy. In fact they have planned to sue the federal government over the health care legislature. Greg Abbott thinks that congress passed a bad bill and he believed that the requirement that most Americans be insured or be fined is an "unconstitutional" taxation. Looks like Texas is upset that they don’t much control over the health care bill. It’s a waste of money to sue the federal government over something that ultimately is set to benefit all Americans in the long run. This is another way Texas is wasting money trying to take control over a matter that should be left alone. I find it interesting that when it comes to health care and all Americans be insured or be fined, Abbott see’s this as being unconstitutional taxation, when the same rule applies to car owners. So you mean to tell me that I can get fined if my car is not insured is ok? And not being fined over my health is not? It doesn’t make sence. Making sure all Americans are insured will insure equal medical attention, so why not care about the well being of your citizens. Greg Abbott and Rick Perry should really reconsider what they are doing. Texas is one lowest insured populations in the nation, but instead of Greg Abbott and Rick Perry aiming to fix it, they are slowing down, pausing and eventually stopping the opportunity to increase the number of the insured. This shows how the Republicans of Texas want everything to be under their total control. When what’s best for the people should matter more than being in control of the people.
